Turnaround Time

Every County Threads shirt is printed and pressed by hand right here in Prince Edward County. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made before it ships. All shipping timeframes begin from the date your order dispatches, not the date it's placed.

We're not a warehouse. We take care with every single order. Good things take a little time and we think you're worth it.

County Kids Read

Every purchase from County Threads supports County Kids Read — a place where any child in Prince Edward County can walk in and take a book home. No cost. No questions. No barriers. Just a book and a kid and a community that believes access to stories shouldn't depend on what's in your wallet.

It started the same way County Threads did — because something that should exist didn't yet, and somebody decided to do something about that.

When you buy a shirt, a kid gets a book. That's the whole math and we're proud of it.

Canadian Shipping

We keep our shipping costs honest because that's kind of our whole thing.

Untracked shipping — $7.00 No tracking number. Delivery runs 4-10 business days. Your order gets vacuum-sealed for shipping — it arrives fine, we promise. Once it's in Canada Post's hands it's in their hands. We pack carefully. We just can't chase the truck.

Tracked shipping — $17.00 Tracking number included. Delivery runs 4-8 business days. Peace of mind included at no extra charge.

Local Pickup

You're a neighbour. We'll meet you like one.

Weekends at No Frills parking lot, Picton. Saturday 7–8pm or Sunday 12–2pm. Order by Tuesday to make that weekend's run. We'll confirm your pickup window after checkout. Bring your confirmation. See you soon.

Our Shirts

We use Bella Canvas blanks because they're softer, they fit better, and their labour practices are more transparent than the alternatives. Are they perfect? No. But we'd rather be honest about who makes our blanks than make vague claims we can't back up. You deserve to know what you're wearing and where it came from.

Our shirts fit true to size. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Our toddler shirts are available in sizes 2T through 5T.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't we'll make it right.

Changed your mind? No hard feelings. We accept returns on unworn unwashed shirts within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out at countythreads1792@gmail.com to let us know it's coming and we'll process your refund once it arrives. Return shipping is on you for change of mind returns — we're a small operation and we appreciate your understanding.

Something wrong with your order? Wrong size, wrong design, defective print — that's on us and we'll fix it no questions asked. Reach out within 30 days and we'll send a return label and get the right shirt to you as fast as we can.

A few things to note — Returns must be unworn and unwashed with no signs of use. Items returned outside the 30 day window or showing signs of wear won't be eligible for a refund. We inspect every shirt before it goes out the door but if something slips through we want to know about it.

How do I track my order? If you selected tracked shipping at checkout you'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. If you chose the untracked option — it's on its way, we just can't tell you exactly where it is. It'll get there.

Can I pick up locally? Yes! If you're in Prince Edward County we'll meet you like a neighbour. Pickups run weekends at the No Frills parking lot in Picton. Saturday 7–8pm or Sunday 12–2pm. Order by Tuesday to make that weekend's run.

What size should I order? Our shirts fit true to size. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

How do I care for my shirt? Turn your shirt inside out before washing. Cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang to dry. This keeps the print looking sharp and the shirt lasting longer.

What's your return policy? We accept returns on unworn unwashed shirts within 30 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping on change of mind returns. Wrong item or defective print? That's on us — we'll cover shipping and make it right.
